    2 c. Biscuit mix

    2/3 c. Water

    3 c. Chili with Beans

    1/2 lb. Hot dogs, cut up into bite size pieces

    2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350* F. Mix Biscuit mix and water til it makes a smooth dough. Put 1/2 of the chili in the bottom of 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Layer hot dogs, cheese, and remaining chili. Roll out dough to 1/4" thickness. Place on top of chili dog layers. Cut vent in for steam. Bake for 15-20 mins.
