3-5 pound boneless beef roast
packet of au jus mix
packet of italian salad dressing mix
14 oz can beef broth (low sodium if possible)
half broth can of waterRecipe
Put roast in crock pot. Combine other ingredients and pour over. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, until meat easily comes apart with two forks. Serve on buns.
