List of Ingredients
1/4 c finely chopped celery
3 tbsp butter, divided
2 pounds ground beef
1/4c bread crumbs
1 packet au jus seasoningRecipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet, saute celery in 1 tbsp butter over medium heat, about 4 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. In medium bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, au jus mix, and celery. Form into patties. Melt remaining butter in skillet. Carefully place patties in skillet and cook 2-3 minutes or until browned on one side. Flip patties onto cookie sheet and place in preheated oven. Cook for 12-15 minutes or to desired doneness.
