    You can adapt this recipe according to what you like and what you have on hand. That's what makes it fun. Here's what I did and it turned out SO good.

    List of Ingredients




    the leftover broth from one pork roast

    1 can vegetable broth

    large handful of baby carrots

    handful of asparagus ends (those things you normally cut off and throw away.

    1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano

    small onion, chopped

    1 bag frozen stirfry veggies

    1 cup water

    1/2 c orzo

    Recipe



    In stock pot, combine broth, carrots, asparagus, tomatoes, and onion. Allow to boil until carrots are soft. Add stirfry veggies, water, and orzo and cook until orzo is swelled, about 15 minutes. Serves 4-6.
