baked potato soup II

List of Ingredients
8 potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 c butter or margarine
1/2 c flour
4 cups milk
2 bouillon cubes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
Recipe
Boil potatoes until tender, drain, and roughly mash.
In separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and bouillon and continue stirring until thickened. Add to potatoes in larger pan. Add sour cream, cheddar, and spices. Serve.
