cheesy potato soup

List of Ingredients
4 baking potatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 block velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom or broccoli soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c chunks of ham
1 can evaporated milkRecipe
Combine in crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until done, stirring every hour to incorporate cheese. Serve with chives, shredded cheddar, and/or sour cream.
