    List of Ingredients


    • 2 - 1/2 pints of whipping cream / whipped
    • 2 - 8 oounce packages of cream cheese
    • 4 cups of 4x powdered sugar
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Whip the cream.
    2. Add powdered sugar and blend.
    3. Add the cream cheeze and vanilla, beat until smooth.


    Final Comments


    This can be frozen. Nice as a dressing for fruit salad or a dip for fresh fruit displayed in hollowed out pineapples or cantaloupe bowls.
