- 2 - 1/2 pints of whipping cream / whipped
- 2 - 8 oounce packages of cream cheese
- 4 cups of 4x powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Whip the cream.
- Add powdered sugar and blend.
- Add the cream cheeze and vanilla, beat until smooth.
Final Comments
This can be frozen. Nice as a dressing for fruit salad or a dip for fresh fruit displayed in hollowed out pineapples or cantaloupe bowls.
