Cornbread Dressing

Recipe Introduction
Cornbread dressing requires Egg Bread.
List of Ingredients
- Egg Bread (see recipe)
- 1 cup chopped onions (1 1/2 if doubled)
- 1 cup celery (1 1/2 if doubled)
- 1 teaspoon loose chicken bullion dissolved in 1 cup water (double)
- 1 teaspoonspoon poultry seasoning (1 1/2 if doubled) (put in bullion)
- 2-3 eggs
- stock
Instructions
- Cool and crumble egg bread.
- Add onions and celery.
- Add 2-3 raw egge before broth.
- Add bullion with poultry seasoning before broth.
- Add broth to desired consistency.
- Stir all together and cook on top of stove.
- When heated through good, pour into dressing pan.
- Bake at 400 until brown.
