- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 8-oz carton whipping cream
Instructions
- Set some of the flour aside to use for kneading and rolling. Stir whipping cream into flour until well-blended.
- Turn onto floured surface, knead, roll and cut into biscuits. You can just shape with your hands.
- Place on lightly greased pan and bake at 400 until brown.
Final Comments
Makes 12-15 biscuits.
