    Great party muffins.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
    • 1/2 cup plain flour
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
    • 2/3 cup melted butter
    • 2 eggs (beaten)


    Instructions


    1. Mix brown sugar, flour, and pecans in a mixing bowl. Make sure that the pecans are coated well.
    2. In another bowl, mix melted butter and beaten eggs together.
    3. Combine the two mixtures. The mixture will be soupy.
    4. Spray muffin pans. Fill about 2/3 full.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
    6. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen mini muffins.
