Sour Cream Muffins

• 1 stick soft butter
  
• 1 cup self-rising flour
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  






Instructions



1. Mix all together.
   
   
2. Pour into sprayed pan.
   
   
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
   
   
4. (Can add 3/4 cup cooked sausage or bacon and 3/4 cup sharp grated cheese.)
   
   






Final Comments


Makes 12 large or 24 small muffins. Can be doubled-and frozen.
