Overnight Beakfast Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, trimed and cubed
- 3/4 pound shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 pounds bulk pork sausage
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place bread cubes in a greased 9 X 13 in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese; set aside.
- Brown sausage and drain. Crumble sausage over the cheese and bread.
- Beat eggs, milk, mustard, soup and broth; pour over sausage.
- Cover and refridgerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
