    Great poundcake.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 pound butter, softened
    • 1/2 cup butter-flavored Crisco
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 6 eggs
    • 3 cups White Lily all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon each almond and vanilla flavoring


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter, Crisco, and sugar.
    2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
    3. Mix baking powder with flour.
    4. Add flour and milk a little at a time. Alternate ending with flour.
    5. Add flavoring and mix well.
    6. Spray large tube pan with Pam and sprinkle with flour.
    7. Pour batter in pan.
    8. Pur in a COLD oven at 325 degrees for 90 minutes.
