List of Ingredients
- 1 cup Crisco
- 2 16 oz boxes of powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut Crisco into sugar.
- When throughly mixed, add egg white, salt, half and half, and vanilla. Mix all by hand.
- Spread on top of cupcakes.
Final Comments
I use Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix. I make about 30 cupcakes instead of 24. This makes the top of the cupcake flat, and it can be decorated better.
