    Cupcake Icing

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup Crisco
    • 2 16 oz boxes of powdered sugar
    • 1 egg white
    • 1/2 cup half and half
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1/2 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Cut Crisco into sugar.

    2. When throughly mixed, add egg white, salt, half and half, and vanilla. Mix all by hand.

    3. Spread on top of cupcakes.



    Final Comments


    I use Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix. I make about 30 cupcakes instead of 24. This makes the top of the cupcake flat, and it can be decorated better.
