List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 oz) Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbls Taco Bell Home Originals Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Kraft Free Shredded Non-Fat Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 Tbls sliced pitted ripe olives
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese with mixer on medium until creamy.
- Add seasoning mix; beat until blended.
- Spread onto bottom of 9" ie plate or quiche dish.
- Layer remaining ingredients over cream cheese mixture;
- cover and refridgerate for several hours until chilled.
Final Comments
Serve with low fat tortilla chips or cut-up fresh veggies. Makes 38 servings, 2 Tbls. each.
