List of Ingredients
- 1 pie crust mix
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Saute onions and mushroms 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Combine pie crust and sour cream.
- Mix into a ball and divide in half.
- Roll out 1/2" thick, cut into 3" rounds.
- Spoon 1 tsp filling on circle.
- Fold over and moisten edges, use fork to press together and seal.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
