List of Ingredients



• 1 pie crust mix
  
• 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
  
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
  
• 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  
• 1/4 cup butter
  
• 3/4 tsp salt
  
• 1/4 tsp pepper
  






Instructions



1. Saute onions and mushroms 3 minutes. Set aside.
   
   
2. Combine pie crust and sour cream.
   
   
3. Mix into a ball and divide in half.
   
   
4. Roll out 1/2" thick, cut into 3" rounds.
   
   
5. Spoon 1 tsp filling on circle.
   
   
6. Fold over and moisten edges, use fork to press together and seal.
   
   
7. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
