    Lighten these up with reduced-fat baking mix and low-fat yogurt. 209 calories and 6 grams of fat.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 cup low-fat yogurt
    • 1/3 cup 1% milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1egg white
    • 2 tbls. canola oil
    • 1 teas. vanilla extract
    • 2 1/2 cups reduced-fat baking mix, such as Bisquick
    • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 Tb.s ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
    2. Wisk together yogurt, milk, egg, egg white, oil and vanilla.
    3. Stir in 2 cups baking mix and granulated sugar.
    4. Transfer 1 cup batter to seperate bowl; reserve.
    5. Divide remaining batter amoung muffin cups.
    6. Stir cinnamon into reseved batter; dollop over batter in cups.Gently swirl with spoon.
    7. Stir together brown sugar, butter and remaining baking mix; sprinkle over batter.
    8. Bake 12 minutes at 400 degrees until toothpick comes out clean.
    9. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans. cool on rack.
