Easy Dinner Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water (105-125 F) use thermometer to check
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast (NOT fast-acting)
- 1 stick of butter melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teas. salt
- 4-41/2 cups unbleached flour
Instructions
- Combine warm water and yeast in large bowl and stand until foamy, about 5 minutes
- Stir in butter,sugar,eggs and salt.
- Beat in flour 1 cup at a time until too stiff to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to 4 days.
- Grease a 13x9 inch pant. Turn chilled dough out onto a lightly floured board. Divide dough into 24 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a smooth round ball; place balls in even rows in the pan.
- Cover and let dough rise until doubled in volume, about an hour.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 nimutes until goldne brown. Brush warm rolls with melted butter.
Final Comments
This dough requires no kneading and can be make up to 4 days ahead before baking. Makes 2 Dozen rolls.
