Fruit Bread

List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cups cooking oil
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/1/2 cups ripe bananas ,mashed
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 8 oz. jar drained and chopped maraschino cherries
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 3/4 teas. soda
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mix sugar, bananas, eggs, pineapple, and cherries.
- Combine with oil
- Combine flour, salt and soda.
- Stir into first mixture.
- Add nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
- Grease and dust lightly with flour a tube pan.
- Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
