    Cream Cheese Grits

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 10 1/2 oz. cans of condensed chicken broth
    • 1/2 cup whipping cream
    • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 1/4 cup quick-cooking grits


    Instructions


    1. Combine chicken broth and whip cream in large sauce pan.

    2. Bring to a boil and stir in grits, return to boil.

    3. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

    4. Stir in cheese and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.



    Final Comments


    Yields 5 3/4 cups
