    List of Ingredients


    • 1 24 oz. pkg. shredded hash browns, press out moisture
    • 16 slices american cheese
    • 1 cup cooked ham, diced fine
    • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
    • 2 eggs or egg substitute
    • 1/2 tsp. season salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Spray 9" pie shell with cooking oil. Press in potatoes to make crust.
    2. Cook 450 degrees for 25 minutes
    3. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and ham.
    4. Blend milk, eggs and seasonings, pour over cheese.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
