Easy Hashbrown Quiche

List of Ingredients
- 1 24 oz. pkg. shredded hash browns, press out moisture
- 16 slices american cheese
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced fine
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs or egg substitute
- 1/2 tsp. season salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Spray 9" pie shell with cooking oil. Press in potatoes to make crust.
- Cook 450 degrees for 25 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and ham.
- Blend milk, eggs and seasonings, pour over cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
