    Make Ahead French Toast Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 Tbls. sugar
    • 1 teas. vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 6 eggs
    • 10 slices French or Buttermilk bread cut in 1" cubes
    • 1 (6oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    • 1 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)


    Instructions


    1. Generously grease 9x13" pan. Beat flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs in extra large bowl.

    2. Stir in bread cubes until coated.

    3. Pour bread mixture in pan.

    4. Top evenly with cream cheese and berries.

    5. Cover and refrigerate (Up to 24 hours).

    6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes uncovered until golden brown.

    7. If desired sprinkle with powdered sugar



    Final Comments


    Variations: add cinnamon to the mixture. Use other fruit or berries.
