    A moist lemony cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 sticks of butter
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 5 eggs
    • 3 cups flour
    • 2 Tbls. lemon extract
    • 3/4 cup 7 UP


    Instructions


    1. Cream toghether butter and sugar for 20 minutes
    2. add eggs one at a time beating well
    3. add flour one at a time beating well
    4. add lemon extract
    5. FOLD in 7 UP
    6. Pour into greased and floured 12 cup bunt pan
    7. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours
