    From The Heritage Cookbook, First Babtist Church, DeQuincy. LA 1976


    List of Ingredients


    • COMBINE:
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 cups diced apples
    • SIFT TOGETHER:
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 t.eas. salt
    • 2 teas. cinnamon
    • 1 teas. nutmeg
    • 2 teas. soda


    Instructions


    1. Add flour mixture to apples.
    2. Pour into 13x9 inch greased and floured pan.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.


    Final Comments


    Serve hot, warm or cold; plain, frosted, or with whipped cream.
