List of Ingredients



• 3 cups flour
  
• 2 cups sugar
  
• 6 Tbl. cocoa
  
• 2 teas. soda
  
• 1 teas. salt
  
• 3/4 cup canola oil
  
• 2 cups water
  
• 2 Tbl. vanilla
  
• 2 Tbl. vinegar
  






Instructions



1. Sift together the first 6 ingredients
   
   
2. in measuring cup mix the last 4 wet ingredients.
   
   
3. add to flour mixture and mix on medium speed until smooth.
   
   
4. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 or 2 round baking pans
   
   
5. bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center of cake.
