List of Ingredients
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 12 oz. cream cheese room tempature
- 12 oz. mascarpone
- 1/2 teas. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
Instructions
- Blend cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
- Add vanilla pulse briefly.
- Add powdered sugar blend well.
- Whip the cream and then fold into the mixture.
- Ice layers and cake. Sift cocoa on top.
Final Comments
Makes enough for 3 layer cake.
