    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups cold heavy cream
    • 12 oz. cream cheese room tempature
    • 12 oz. mascarpone
    • 1/2 teas. vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Blend cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
    2. Add vanilla pulse briefly.
    3. Add powdered sugar blend well.
    4. Whip the cream and then fold into the mixture.
    5. Ice layers and cake. Sift cocoa on top.


    Final Comments


    Makes enough for 3 layer cake.
