List of Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter at room tempature
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teas. rum extract
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- Icing
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teas. rum extract
- Boil 1 minute and pour over hot cake
Instructions
- In large bowl cream butter and sugar until blended.
- add eggs 1 at a time, mixing between each
- add rum extract
- add flour slowly and mix until moist.
- Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
- Pour icing over cake while hot
