List of Ingredients



• 1 teas. salt
  
• 1 onion
  
• touch of sugar
  
• 2 lb. ground meat
  
• 2 cans enchilada sauce
  
• 1 can taco sauce
  
• 1 qt. whole tomatoes
  
• 1 pkg tortillas
  
• 1 pkg. grated mozarella cheese
  






Instructions



1. Brown meat and onions.
   
   
2. Break up tortillas on bottom of baking pan.
   
   
3. Add browned meat
   
   
4. Combine tomatoes, sugar and sauces then pour on top of meat.
   
   
5. Bake 30 minutesat 350 degrees. Top with grated cheese to melt.
