List of Ingredients
- Round steak cut in strips
- 2 Tbls. oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 envelope of dried onion soup
- 1 Beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 teas. ginger
- 1/2 teas. garlic salt
- water as needed
- chopped celery
- chopped green peppers
Instructions
- Saute steak in oil,
- Add all other ingredients anc cover with water.
- Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
- 15 minutes before done, add celery and green peppers.
Final Comments
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
