List of Ingredients
- 1 4 lb. chicken
- 1 Tlb. butter
- 1 Tbl. Tony Chachere's seasoning
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz. can of beer
Instructions
- Rub clean chicken inside and out with butter.
- Sprinkle Tony Chachere's garlic, powder, and Worcestershire Sauce inside and outside of chicken.
- Romove the top from the beer can. Place beer in center of a 9" disposable pie pan.
- Stand chicken up and slide onto beer can.
- Place on Bar-B-Que pit under low to medium heat for approx. 2-21/2 hours.
