    List of Ingredients


    • 1 4 lb. chicken
    • 1 Tlb. butter
    • 1 Tbl. Tony Chachere's seasoning
    • 2 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 12 oz. can of beer


    Instructions


    1. Rub clean chicken inside and out with butter.
    2. Sprinkle Tony Chachere's garlic, powder, and Worcestershire Sauce inside and outside of chicken.
    3. Romove the top from the beer can. Place beer in center of a 9" disposable pie pan.
    4. Stand chicken up and slide onto beer can.
    5. Place on Bar-B-Que pit under low to medium heat for approx. 2-21/2 hours.
