- 12 Chicken Wings
- 1 Tbls. garlic powder
- 2 teas. onion powder
- 4 Tbls. oil
- 2 Tbls. catsup
- 1 Tbls. honey
- 4 teas. hot souce
- 1 Teas. liquid smoke
- 2 Teas. chili powder
Instructions
- separate chicken wings at joints into 3 parts each, discarding tips.
- Arrange on double layer of paper towels around outer edge of turntable or a roasting rack.
- Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Baste with 3/4 of sauce, cover with wax paper
- Microwave at HIGH for 6 minutes.
- Rearrange pieces and baste with remaining sauce.
- Microwave at HIGH until juices run clear about 4-6 minutes more.
