    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon,
    • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp. cloves
    • 1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/4 cup boiling water
    • 2-3 cups of nuts


    Instructions


    1. Mix sugar, spices, cream of tarter, and water.
    2. Boil until a little dropped into cold water forms a ball (about 10-15 minutes).
    3. Add vanilla
    4. Add 2-3 cups nuts. Coat nuts and quickly poor on waxed paper or jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.
    5. Cool 2 minutes and break into pieces.
