List of Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon,
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2-3 cups of nuts
Instructions
- Mix sugar, spices, cream of tarter, and water.
- Boil until a little dropped into cold water forms a ball (about 10-15 minutes).
- Add vanilla
- Add 2-3 cups nuts. Coat nuts and quickly poor on waxed paper or jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.
- Cool 2 minutes and break into pieces.
