Muffuletta Pasta

Recipe Introduction
Has all the makings of a muffuletta sandwich without the bread.
List of Ingredients
- 4 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 24 oz. penne pasta
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- Olive oil for sauteing
- 12 oz. salami, finely chopped
- 12 oz. ham, finely chopped
- 1 lb. provolone cheese, grated
- 2 cups olive salad, slightly drained
- 1 (4 oz). can sliced black olives
- 12 oz. Romano cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until pasta is al dente.
- Drain and put in large bowl.
- In small skillet, saute garlic in olive oil until tender, then add to pasta.
- Add salami, ham, provolone cheese, olive salad, black olives, and Romano cheese to pasta and mix well.
- Spoon into large baking pan or dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min. or until all the cheese is melted.
Final Comments
Serves 6-8.
