    Has all the makings of a muffuletta sandwich without the bread.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth
    • 24 oz. penne pasta
    • 1/4 cup minced garlic
    • Olive oil for sauteing
    • 12 oz. salami, finely chopped
    • 12 oz. ham, finely chopped
    • 1 lb. provolone cheese, grated
    • 2 cups olive salad, slightly drained
    • 1 (4 oz). can sliced black olives
    • 12 oz. Romano cheese, shredded


    Instructions


    1. In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
    2. Add pasta and cook until pasta is al dente.
    3. Drain and put in large bowl.
    4. In small skillet, saute garlic in olive oil until tender, then add to pasta.
    5. Add salami, ham, provolone cheese, olive salad, black olives, and Romano cheese to pasta and mix well.
    6. Spoon into large baking pan or dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min. or until all the cheese is melted.


    Final Comments


    Serves 6-8.
