    Copper Penny Salad

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs. raw carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup oil
    3/4 cup vinegar
    1 t. mustard
    1 t. worcestershire sauce
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 t. salt
    1 large green pepper chopped fine
    1 large white onion sliced and pulled apart

    SUPPLIES:

    Pot
    Measuring cup
    Measuring spoon
    Mixing bowl
    Air tight container

    Recipe

    Cook carrots and slice
    Mix remaining ingredients together
    Pour mixture over carrots
    Let stand in air tight container for 3-4 days
