Mexican Stuffed Peppers

List of Ingredients
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups prepared rice
1 lb. ground beef
11 oz. jar picante salsa
2 cups onion diced
3 T. chili powder
20 banana peppers (10 red/10 green)
SUPPLIES:
Skillet
Baking dish
Measuring cup
Recipe
Brown ground beef
Drain ground beef
Add onion and rice to ground beef
Stir until all ingredients are warm
Allow to cool
Add shredded cheddar cheese
Stuff peppers with ground beef mixture
Place in baking dish
Pour remaining mixture on top
Pour salsa on top
Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees
