2 T. parsley flakes
2 cups browned ground beef drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups cooked or canned mixed vegetables
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) prepared gravy

Baking dish
Measuring cup
Measuring spoon



Recipe

Prepare 8 servings of instant mashed potatoes according to package and stir in parsley
Mix remaining ingredients in ungreased baking dish
Mound potatoes on meat mixture
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until potatoes brown slightly at 350 degrees
