6 oz. spaghetti
2 T. butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 8 oz. can cut tomatoes
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 t. sugar
1 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. garlic salt
4 oz. grated mazzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti
Mix butter with spaghetti
Mix parmesan cheese and beaten eggs into spaghetti mixture
Form spaghetti mixture into crust in greased pie plate
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust
Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper
Season with salt and pepper
Drain ground beef mixture
Return ground beef mixture to skillet on low heat
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt
Put ground beef mixture on spaghetti crust
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top
Bake uncovered for 5 minutes at 350 degrees
