    List of Ingredients




    1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts quarters, drained & coarsely chopped
    1 pk (8oz) cream cheese, cut in cubes
    1c crab (claw meat)
    1/2c grated Parmeasan cheese
    4 med green onions, sliced (1/4c)
    1 Tlb lemon juice
    48 slices (1/2 in thick) French bagette or cocktail rye bread slices

    Recipe



    Spray inside of 1-2 1/2 qt slow cooker with cooking spray.

    Mix all the ingredients except bread in cooker.

    Cover and cook on low heat 2-3 hrs or until cream cheese is melted. Stir until cheese is smooth.

    Scrape down sides of the cooker to prevent the edge from scorching.

    Serve with bread slices. Spread will hold on low setting up to 1 hr; stir occasionally.
