You can do all kinds of things with this recipe. Add hot peppers, spices and seasonings. Whatever fits the mood or occasion.This actually could be served as a meal on a night you don't want to spend a lot of time in kitchen. Its a family favorite. I love it!
1 large can chili with beans
½ chopped bell pepper
½ chopped onion
¼ c margarine
1 can crm mush soup
1 8-oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Cook onion and bell pepper in margarine in large skillet until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted. Serve with chips of your choice.
