1 bag frozen meat or cheese filled ravioli, slightly thawed
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup italian bread crumbs
oil for frying
parmesan cheese
marinara sauce - warmed
Recipe
1. Dip ravioli, one at a time, into milk - then egg - then breadcrumbs. Shake off excess bread crumbs.
2. Fry in 350 degree oil for a few minutes until golden brown.
3. Top with a light sprinkling of parmesan cheese and served with marinara sauce for dipping.
