1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic salt
5 lb Brisket, trim that fat off
1/3 cup liquid smoke
4 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce with Garlic
Recipe
Combine celery, onion and garlic salts and rub into Brisket.
Place Brisket in large glass baking casserole dish and drizzle liquid smoke all over the meat.
Cover tightly and marinate overnite in the refrigerator.
About 7-8 hours before serving time, brush the brisket with Worcestershire and BBQ sauce. Cover with foil and cook in a 275 degree oven for 5 hours.
Uncover and cook 1 hour longer.
Remove from Oven and allow to meld together on the top of the stove for around 30 minutes before you slice. While it is cooling, pour excess liquid from casserole dish into a sauce pan, heat and serve the liquid with the Brisket, sliced.
