    This easy version of stroganoff is so delicious. I have people beg me to make it for them when they come over for dinner. Hope you enjoy it!

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb hamburger
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup sour cream
    2 teaspoons dry mustard
    4 tablespoons milk
    salt
    pepper

    Recipe



    1. Brown hamburger in large skillet with onion and garlic.

    2. Drain out fat and add soup, sour cream, mustard and milk.

    3. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    4. Add salt and pepper for taste, and serve with egg noodles or rice.
