    List of Ingredients




    2½lbs round steaks, cut into 1/2"cubes (any cubed beef will work)
    ¼ cup cooking oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    ¼ cup all-purpose flour
    4 teaspoons paprika
    3/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
    1 (28oz) can tomatoes, cut up and undrained
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    2 bay leaves
    1 (8oz) carton sour cream
    4 cups hot cooked noodles

    Recipe



    1. In a dutch oven, brown meat, half at a time, in hot oil, cooking the onion and garlic with the second batch of meat.

    2. Drain off fat.

    3. Return meat, onion and garlic to pan; stir in flour, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper.

    4. Add undrained tomatoes and bay leaves.

    5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover.

    6. Simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

    7. Discard bay leaves.

    8. Stir in sour cream and heat through- do not bring to boil.

    9. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
