In a dutch oven, brown meat, half at a time, in hot oil, cooking the onion and garlic with the second batch of meat. 2. Drain off fat. 3. Return meat, onion and garlic to pan; stir in flour, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper. 4. Add undrained tomatoes and bay leaves. 5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover. 6. Simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. 7. Discard bay leaves. 8. Stir in sour cream and heat through- do not bring to boil. 9. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
