    This tastes just like the mall version!


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, pite sized pieces
    • 1-2 cooking oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, minced
    • 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    • 1/4 cup apple juice
    • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
    • 2 tablespoons ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/3 cup soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chicken pieces
    2. Remove chicken and add remaining ingredients, heating over medium heat untuk well combined and dissolved
    3. Add chicken pack to pand and bring to a hard boil
    4. REduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
    5. Serve over steamed rice


    Final Comments


    *Chicken breasts can be substituted for various chicken cuts, just adjust cooking time until thoroughly cooked
