    List of Ingredients




    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

    Sauce:
    1/4 cup clover honey
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano

    Recipe



    Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Lightly score chicken breasts on both sides.

    Preheat oven to 400º F. Line pan with foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.

    In small bowl stir together vinegar and dry mustard. Add honey, green onions, Dijon mustard, thyme and oregano. Mix well.

    Place chicken in prepared pan. Brush chicken with half of the honey mustard sauce.

    Bake, turning once and brush with remaining sauce until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 30 minutes.
