Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds top round steak, cut into strips
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon AP flour
- 1 (16oz) container sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cube beef boullion
Instructions
- Brown beef in some cooking oil and place the beef in the bottom of a slow cooker
- Season beef with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place onion on top of beef and then add mushroom soup, mushrooms and water.
- Season with chives, garlic, worchestershire sauce and boullion cube.
- In a small bowl, combine wine with the flour, then pour over beef
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours
- Stir in sour cream and parsley, and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
