    Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds top round steak, cut into strips
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 onion, chopped
    • 1 (10.75oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 (8oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1 tablespoon dried chives
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup dry white wine
    • 1 tablespoon AP flour
    • 1 (16oz) container sour cream
    • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 cube beef boullion


    Instructions


    1. Brown beef in some cooking oil and place the beef in the bottom of a slow cooker
    2. Season beef with salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Place onion on top of beef and then add mushroom soup, mushrooms and water.
    4. Season with chives, garlic, worchestershire sauce and boullion cube.
    5. In a small bowl, combine wine with the flour, then pour over beef
    6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours
    7. Stir in sour cream and parsley, and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
