    Amazingly good and hard to believe it came from your crockpot!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 whole chicken, big enough to fit inside your crockpot
    • 4 aluminum balls
    • rotisserie seasoning
    • cajun seasoning


    Instructions


    1. Roll up 4 bals of aluminum foil (about 1-2 inches in size) and place in the bottom of your crockpot
    2. Season chicken with all the seasonings and place on top of the aluminum foil balls.
    3. Cook on low for 8 hours


    Final Comments


    * This is so moist and juicy and will fall over the bone when done.

    * Leftovers freeze well and are great in chicken salad or soup.
