Broiled Salmon Tarragon

List of Ingredients
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 t. lemon juice
1 t. seasoned salt
1 t. tarragon leaves
1/2 t. ground marjoram
1/2 t. lemon zest
1/4 t. garlic powder dash ground red pepper (to taste)
4 salmon steaks cut 1 inch thick about 2 pounds
Recipe
1. Combine ingredients
2. Place salmon on lightly spritzed oval stoneware baker. Brush with seasoned butter.
3. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375F or until salmon is flaky.
Here's a variation. 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine, 2 t. lemon juice, 1 t. Bon Appetit, 1 t. Dill weed, 1/2 t. Lemon Zest 1/4 t. Onion Powder 1/8 t. White Pepper. Bake as above.
