1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
6 green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Heinz Thick and Rick Cajun Style Barbeque Sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. raw medium-size shrimp, shelled, deveined
Hot cooked rice
Recipe
1. In large skillet, saute mushrooms and green onions in butter for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Add tomatoe, barbeque sauce, lemon juice and salt; heat to boiling. Stir in shrimp.
3. Simmer uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink, stirring frequently.
