1 POUND FRESH LUMP CRABMEAT
1/2 CUP FAT FREE SOUR CREAM
1/4 CUP SEASONED DRY BREAD CRUMBS
2 TLB SPOONS MINCED ROASTED RED PEPPERS (FROM WATER PACKED JAR)
4 PABLANO PEPPERS, HALFED AND SEEDED
8 TEASPOONS GRATED PARMASAN CHEESE
Recipe
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. COAT A SHALLOW BAKING PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY.
2. IN A MEDUIM BOWL, COMBINE CRABMEAT, SOUR CREAM, BREAD CRUMBS, AND ROASTED RED PEPPERS. MIX GENTLY TO COMBINE, BIENG CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK UP THE CRAB.
3. SPOON CRAB MIXTURE INTO HALVED PEPPERS AND ARRANGE SIDE BY SIDE IN THE BAKING PAN.
4. TOP MIXTURE WITH PARM CHEESE. COVER PAN WITH FOILAND BAKE 20 MINUTES.
5. REMOVE FOIL AND BAKE 15 MORE MINUTES UNTIL PEPPERS ARE SOFT AND CHEESE BEGINS TO BROWN.
